Transaction Declined every time I try to recharge tickets

Cant recharge tickets,keeps telling me Transaction declined.

Yeah I am having an issue I never had before. I am trying to recharge my tickets by activating the 3 month plan ( 48 tickets per month). Paying with card.

The problem is that every time its telling me Transaction Declined. I have option to try PayPal but thats like 20% more expensive.

Any way to fix this or help me out? thx

Same thing has happened to me on a few occasions, and it's always been my bank who has blocked the transaction. Phone them up and ask them to unblock it.

I thought its not my bank because I never had problem with them ( UniCredit) and I was already purchasing this subscription for years.

But I phoned them up anyway, and I was right. There isnt even any info about outgoing transactions. They didnt block or decline anything.

So this is really fault at Pornbox side... I wrote them support ticker 10 days ago and still no response..

Seems like they dont really want my money. I guess I will pirate

I have exactly the same problem..(!). And my bank has confirmed there are no blocks etc with the credit card - and automatic billing of my recurring membership works well, at the same time. So why can't I reload any tickets : (

Have also asked help from support a couple of times. Looking forward...

Yeah mate my card has this. I have new one. And I already bought the membership few times before with the same card. I think you can check that.

Soo really not sure where is the problem. I may have to go through paypal which will cost me like 15% - 20 % more

I have same proplem.My bank say GFcharge is unsafe to transact with.Paypal is not an option for me.Paypal is runned by idiots and is way to exspensive.

Still doesn't work for me... : ( And as already pointed out by me & fellow writers: there is absolutely no problem at my bank's end - and this is the ONLY webshop with which this kind of problem exists. I mean I have been making dozens of other purchases this summer at webshops with similar 3D security, smoothly and without any difficulty

...I really hope the situation to get fixed soon! There are so many videos I'd want to download (so you are also losing a number of money meanwhile ; )

Seems to be an issue with firefox. Using Chrome worked without problems.

No. It STILL doesn't work for me : / Sorry to say this, but I am getting more than a little frustrated... Been asking you so many times this to be solved - how come it cannot be done?? As I say up there for more than once, this is the ONLY international webshop with this kind of problem for me - and there is nothing wrong with my credit card's features, as I have checked it with my bank already ages ago... I don't use firefox, I use Chrome - but have tried with others, too. No difference : /

No, nothing has changed. How come can this be so difficult to be fixed..?

And, as I also have pointed out since the beginning of these problems: my regular membership fee is charged without any difficulty all the time - from the very SAME credit card - so it proves your company shouldn't have a problem with my card

So WHY is it, though, impossible to add any new tickets..?? This makes me really unhappy, because the number of great videos I'd like to buy is increasing all the time...(!)

Even if the card may have this feature enabled (all of them have it, esp. newer ones), you to need to activate it by setting up the verification code within your internet banking app if you didn't do it yet.

Never mind, my final attempt appeared to go through. But seriously, this is happening quite a lot recently with several different people, at least judging by this thread. What gives?
