Variable speed of the playing doesn’t work anymore

It seems the possibility to change the speed of the playing (0.25x 0.5x 0.75x 1x 2x) when you are watching a video in streaming doesn't work anymore. Just the speed 1x is possible
For info, I use an iPad Pro with the latest iOS version.
