Hello I bought OB002 (dry version) first by accident, and then bought the WET version. Could I please have a refund of tkt for the dry version? Thanks

I've made the same mistake several times, but I just ate the tickets and accepted my stupidity.

I just want to add that if possible, there are definitely areas of improvement as other's have mentioned. Either accepting that this is a relatively regular occurrence and have the site recognize that a dry scene is already in your library, and only charge the difference in tickets for the wet scene. Or, since the filters don't really help in every situation, simply add an extra confirmation box before buying a scene that has multiple versions and ask to confirm that you intend to buy the version you're currently looking at.
