I am very pleased that so many of you are enjoying this scene. It has performed very well in sales too, which means I'll definitely be doing more of it in the future. For now, anticipate one new scene from the Test Kitchen per week. I'm looking at ways to ramp up to a faster production schedule, but we're not quite there yet. I will tell you now that I do plan for most of my scenes to be 0% pussy, and I have no plans to produce any "wet" scenes, both for legal reasons and because I don't particularly like them. Captain's prerogative. I think porn production should be a give and take. I am always open to feedback and suggestions about the future, and I will be guided by sales to a certain degree (after all, I'll be needing them if I want to stay in business!), but I also have to stay true to my own vision of sex and produce content that I want to watch. First thing’s first: I am alive and well. I have not succumbed to COVID.

More to the point, though, you needn’t worry about the future of this project. It is definitely not dead. It is definitely going to come back. I just do not think full-scale production makes sense for me at this time. I’m still waiting for things to clear up.

New scenes will be coming eventually, but I cannot give you a timeframe right now because I don’t know when I will start shooting again. I am not the kind of person to set expectations for things before they are real, and I don’t want to make promises about future plans that are still in flux. In the world of porn, things change constantly behind-the-scenes and nothing is actually real until it happens. On top of that, the virus is still destabilizing travel and the economy. I don’t want to set up production again until I can get it rolling consistently and cost-effectively. It’s as simple as that, and it’s still not quite possible.

Remember, I’m not active in the industry. I have a full-time day job and this is still just a glint in my eye. I want to become active again, but I am not forced to shoot in this environment to support myself, unlike other producers who rely upon porn for their livelihood. That is a blessing in disguise, because as badly as I want to come back, and as much as it sucks to wait, I have a stable income right now and I’m able to save even more for the future. A pandemic is the worst possible time to make a career change from a stable income field to a high-risk income field. The Prague scenes stopped because they didn’t sell enough to justify the cost during a pandemic. I need to save. It’s what makes sense for me right now.

So; the word is ‘dormant’. Not ‘dead’. I always have ideas for the future, and I have the financial resources to make some of them happen right now, but it makes more sense to wait until I can execute those ideas as cost-effectively as possible, and do as many of them together as possible, rather than trying to shoot now with the added costs of COVID testing, restrictions on the number of performers allowed to perform together at the same time, and restrictions on travel for performers as well as myself. All of that adds up to a higher production cost per scene, and it means you can’t shoot as many scenes in one ‘pod’ as you could in normal conditions. You don’t get the benefit of pulling from a larger talent pool, which allows you to share performers between scenes, and you don’t get to plan scenes as spontaneously when you’re having to work around multiple travel schedules.

It’s just not time yet. It’s killing me, but I have to wait.

Does this sound definitely US rather than Prague, right?
Because in Prague travel schedules might be difficult, but talent pool got much bigger due to Covid, there is no restrictions as of how many persons perform together on set, I even heard of a two dozen studs shot at LP/AV recently, and girls fees are cheaper than just before Covid. Plus tests are rather payed by the girls than the studios in most cases.
