But that's your personal, subjective assessment. In fact, all kinds of people from different cultures worldwide choose elective plastic surgery for many reasons. Some people seek to alleviate body dismorphic issues. Some genuinely benefit from improving their appearance in their eyes. Some women choose breast reduction surgery. It's a complex issue and not everybody tries to look like a plastic barbie.
Yes, it's my personal assumption and assesment: I don't have any survey and objective data. Still I'm convinced that the most women, at least in porn, do it under cultural influence, direct or indirect. Medical plastic surgery is obviously something else and concerns probably an absolute minority.
