Maybe it could be clarified that you can take a pause in your monthly ticket subscription and still have access in the same way?

Sometimes you accumulate tickets or you may not have the cash. Pausing is a great feature of this site.

The words "cancel membership" sounds like you are leaving when in reality you may only want to manage your ticket account. Maybe instead it could be called "manage monthly ticket subscription" and then have a choice of 0, 10, 20, 30 etc.. combined with information about rebate levels?
