I recently used tickets to purchase GIO627, GIO629, and GIO838. I noticed the versions with urine are only available via streaming. When I downloaded them, I only received the "dry" versions. If you could please make the "wet" versions downloadable, that would be greatly appreciated.

If you're not able to assist me, I would like those tickets refunded. I purchased those videos specifically for the 4K wet version downloads.
