No response to refund request

Hello. I joined under the assumption that the paid membership would give me full access to site content rather than it being just a deal on limited tickets. I sent a support ticket within 10 minutes of joining asking for a refund but that was the better part of a week ago. So far I haven't gotten a response.

Unfortunatelly you have already spent some tickets from your membership, so we are unable to refund the membership.
