Payment declined?

Hi,

I dont get it, even though my card works (Master Card) I cant access / buy monthly subscribtion. I get a "declined by bank" error, but I know (I'm 100% sure) that my card works because I use it in my daily life and also in the Internet. But then it comes to LP, it just doesnt work.

I obviously dont have another card. I also messaged the support, but didnt get any answer.
So, is there anyone with the same issue? Its just frustrating..

As already stated, online transactions are supported and my informations are also correct, it works fine on other sites.

It seems like the only option left is to contact my Bank..
What is the best way to do that? I mean how should i describe the problem to them?
Should I say something like: Make it able to send payments to "gtfcharge com Prague" or should I send them the last failed transactioncode?

Hi,

The best way would be to go to a branch of your bank and ask them about transactions towards gtfcharge.com
They should tell you they blocked it and you can ask for the block to be lifted.
You will be able to pay after that hopefully.

I have the same problem. Have not been able to buy membership or tkt for the last six months. So if you find a solution, if you succed to get your block lifted and pay again please write back on the forum.

This happens to me every month. My bank automatically declines international transactions to prevent fraud. Next time your card is declined call your bank and tell them that you need to authorize an international purchase. The bank will see that the transaction was declined and will then authorize it. Then try to use your card and it should work. The bank never asks me what the transaction was for so don't worry about being embarrassed. You could tell them its for music or something.

An update to an old thread, because I know people struggle with this:

I called my bank and asked them to approve the charge. The elderly bank lady seemed to know exactly what the charge was for, and refused to allow the charge even though I specifically asked. It was terrible

To be honest, I still have the same issue
I'm uncertain if I should contact my Bank now after someone in this thread said that the bank lady would know what the charge was (would be) for.
Thats not what I want, it would be a bit embarrassing

Same problem here. Transaction declined all the way.
I tried 2 different creditcards though, from 2 different banks. Weird....
Guess it will be bye bye LP.... Or someone should come up with a solution....

I have the same problem and have tested four different Cards, MasterCard and Visa. I am from Sweden and they will not allow transaction against gtfcharge.com.

I hope you can have some other payment method. I have the same problem with Brazzers. com but I saw that they also have paypal. I haven't tested paypal yet but I will do.

So I solved my problem by not paying with a saved card and entering my card as a new card. Crisis averted!

Shame really. Havent been able to subscribe for many months now because of payment getting declined. Worked fine before except the period this thread was started, but it was fixed. Now the problem has been on for several months. Paypal I will not use as the upcharge is so huge 75 euros vs 112 euros. Shame as I supported this site for over 10 years and would like to continue.

Hi, We have received a word from your bank with the code "do not honor"

"Do not honour" is a generic decline code that the issuing bank sends to the business during a transaction. It means that the bank is not willing to accept the transaction.

Please speak to your bank about charges to "Gtfcharge.com" specifically and they should unblock your payments.
