One thing I think would be a great change to Psico Doctor series is if the girls were “addicted” to a certain sex act.

Have to apologize and correct myself a little bit: LP aka Giorgio may not have the skills and creativity (and the will?) for well executed storylines AT THE MOMENT. In contrast, there were quite a few good storys IN THE PAST, especially the "Clockwork Gang" series (with great outfits, pretty good roleplay and even some sequences shot outside). Unfortunately these times seem to be over.

I really like the idea of having an actress complaining about being addicted to ATOGM. Perhaps the twist can be that the doctor decides to use aversion therapy to treat this problem, meaning that he recommends doing as much ATOGM as possible in order for the patient to become sick or aversive to it. Kind of like making your kid smoke an entire pack of cigarettes, so that they get sick of it and stop smoking. But in this case, the model will not get sick of it and only desire it more and more. Mike could keep feeding her his stiff dick fresh from another model’s ass over and over, going deeper and deeper into the other model’s ass and stuffing it down the patient’s throat, but the patient keeps saying “more, More!” while she sucks his cock clean. At the end of the scene, Mike can conclude that the problem is worse than he thought, leaving an opening for a second part.

Got to keep things interesting with some creativity! Otherwise, despite whatever premise or concept, the scenes become cookie-cutter, repetitive and boring!
