Larger GIO backlog needed?

If I count right GIOs backlog went down to below 50 scenes meanwhile.
LP was lucky there was no epidemy in Prague for years and no Budapest imported forced production halt where they test less tight for over a year. Just because of the epidemy jeopardy backlog should be at least for 60 days still.
Add some scenes just in case directors fall ill or need a holiday and have no replacement. Or imports slow down due to visa problems or whatever unplannable events.
Basically 80 to 100 scenes stored safely in the backlog would be ideal I guess.
Just to prevent any drought, exclude GIO income disruption.

So let me ask are there plans to stock up again?
Also are there girls hidden entirely in GIO stock?

FYI, the last scene I shot is GIO868.

To have too much content in stock can be harmful, its better to "shoot and release" than keep content (and money) still for months. In the case of forced production stop, 1 month of releases are enough, eventually a last minute trip on another country could fix most of issues. Best solution imho is to have 30-40 scenes in stock and shoot 30 scenes/month, than mix the release between "previous" and "actual" shootings.

In an Italian forum you said it was 60 needed.
A last minute trip oversees is difficult to organize logistically, too.

Wouldn't it be easier to keep some girls in stock and undercover?
Just have 2-3 new starlets in case of forced production stop.

Totally agree with Gio from a customer point of view.

If I'm correct, the oldest unreleased GG scene is GIO718 (the older ones will probably never see the light of day). This one was shot probably in July. We're heading straight forward to Christmas now. That's just too long to wait for a scene. XXX stated in other threads that it's harmful for sales to store a scene too long (there may be exceptions if the model is a favourite).

If GIO868 was recently shot, that means there are 44 unreleased GIO scenes already. Which means if he would stop shooting today he could still provide a fresh scene every day til the end of 2018.

Sorry, but porn fans are always looking for the new stuff and not for scenes that were shot months ago. Especially if you actually know these scenes were shot (preview pics, social media) and you're eagerly waiting for them to be released.

Its up to you to know whats best for you of course!
Generally I would say a fast release of a much awaited scene and than wait 4 weeks for the next DAP of her while having 3-4 DAPs ready in stock sounds like a good interval.
Its a long wait if you are really craving for that girl, but there is always other attractive offers.
I was just getting scared with some Budapest stories, nothing dramatic, but not all ppl are as responsible as we'd like them to be. And production halts are lot of losses for all.
But shelving money isn't best option either. 44 scenes in stock is well over 100k shelved instead of creating profit. Its mad, too!

I agree with Gio as well. I think long backlog could prevent one from investing in shooting new scenes and not being able to quickly react to the situation
on the market. Some can lose a good opportunity.

Yes there is. At least until March 15th I think, 1 month after initial news broke. But depending on decisions made in the industry and test results of affected people this may change of course.
