Can I shift past purchases to new account?

For some reason my original account can't log into forums. I created a new account and forums work fine. Can I get my old purchased transferred to my new account?

2. Start to shoot your screenshot
3. Open LP
4. Login into your previous account
5. Try to open the forum and wait until the auto auth will finish
6. Stop shooting the screen.
7. Send us the support request with shooted video.

Been almost two weeks and no LP tech support or help. Can you please swap my past purchases to this new account? You did it before for 1-2 days but switched it back to inconvenience me - I don't understand?
