Making Profit isn't bad, but saving money booking cheaper acts for more profit is. What I am missing with AA compared with GIO is the commitement to push the porn envelope.
AA as well as GIO made clear many times that DAP is much cheaper than DP; in the US even studs performing DAP are more expensive not only girls like in EU.
But AA wouldn't spend the money needed to invest into a DAP scene, GIO would do so.
Thats the difference.

Main factor of AA was a talented US director shooting in the US for mainly US public and selling his scenes on the european LP platform, not the decision NHB vs. anal only.
His departure is a loss, but if it strengthens AB for LP its even better because that constant complaining and excuses got on the nerves.
