I am a new member to LegalPorno/Pornbox, but I am having problems. Everytime I try to download a video, I get an error message that says, ""You authenticated from another country. Contact support." I live in the USA, and I have already contacted Support TWICE already, but have still receiced no reply. WTF is going on? They'll take my money, but won't allow to download anything. I haven't been able to download or stream a single video since I joined about four days ago. Can someone please help with this issue? If I continue to get no response, I'll have no other choice except to seek a refund. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Hi, im a new member, i purchase two scenes but when i try download it i get the following error "Your account has restrictions for access to premium content because of authentication from another country. You can unblock account automatically or contact support to re-activate your account". How can i fix this error, please help, thank you.
