You point the finger to some very well selling elements, i.e. male dom, maybe also combined with good old vintage porn robber stories or other seemingly "forced" sex installment.
Crucial is here that its clear that the girl wants it exactly that way and its not really against her will. The AA scene with Avluv is a good example for that once quite prevalent small story based porn, setting a certain mood, which benefits both studs and girl at the same time.
Talking entirely of the scenes story line, while at the same of course it is clear to everybody that a porn set is set up and agreed upon beforehand exactly by consenting adults. Its all just entertainment industry directed at an adult audience.
