What do models make per scene?

I am just curious. Does anyone know what models make per scene and is is pay figured? If you do a 5 on 1 DAP scene do you make less than a 7 on 1 DAP scene? More if you prolapse? Just sort of curious.

"how much?":
It makes a small difference whether the model is looking ike Barbara Bush or like Adriana Chechik.

"figured?":
Do you pay more for three apples than for two apples? And more for four apples than for three apples?
