So does anyone know how the male actors perform in the pissing scenes, being able to piss so freely while also being hard? I usually have a hard time doing this

I'm guessing they take both some form of viagra + some drug that drives urine out of the body? 30 min Before the scene maybe drink 1 - 1.5 liters of water? Would be great to know cause i'm planning doing something similar in my private life

I've never done it sexually but I've woken up in the morning with morning wood and had to take a piss. It'd be kind of a funny scene to be a fly on the wall to because I'm sitting there aiming my ass halfway in the air to try to angle my body towards the bowl
