Ticket package unavailable

Hello,

I just joined the site and thought I'd take a slow start get 10 tickets and see how it goes, since I've seen many people having problems with attestation and such.

To my suprise everything worked out quite well!

Registration went without any problems, first ticket purchase no problems whatsoever, and I even got through the attestation process within a few minutes (I expected it to take days after what i read on various forums)... downloads run at acceptable speeds so far aswell.

So my overall first impression is quite good, but there are a couple of things not working right it seems, hence the support request here.

1)
After I spent some tickets I was going for another ticket purchase, but the option to purchase 10 tickets is gone for me now. I'm assuming this is a bug? Since I don't want to go for the 20 ticket package right now and would like to purchase another 10 instead I'm currently unable to make another purchase. The price for 10 was 9.49 and the price for 20 is 17.59. I'd rather pay another 9.49 for 10 than go for the 20 at this point.
Since I would spent a few bucks more doing so instead of going for 20 it doesn't make any sense to me that the pruchase option for 10 is gone and there was no information anywhere stating that it would be gone after the first buy, which is why I'm assuming it's a bug. So please make it available again.

I might be wrong about this, so please correct me if so, but I bought some scenes that have BTS content for them and was unable to watch any of the BTS clips, even tho I own the scene. I know it states that these are only available for members but I was under the assumption that owning the scene would give you access to the BTS aswell?

Hope you can help me out with either of these problems.

1) No it always starts at 20. I tried going to the ticket buy page from within the pornbox, from legalporno.com directly and just copy/pasted the link you posted to check for it again. Nothing gives me the option to purchase 10 again I'm afraid.

2) Ok, great. Guess I'll just have to wait for it then.
