Recharge on new scenes?

Hi about 1 month ago I joined with unlimited membership for 3 months.
I am enjoying so far aprt from I cannot download some new scenes.
New scenes that were released this month have the word RECHARGE in blue if I try to download it tells me I do not have enough tickets?

Your unlimited now is all the FREE scenes but you should have PREMIUM tickets to download new stuff. email your user name and date you joined to evilutionplex@gmail.com

i will have them look at this. with the new system its still unlimited but new scenes have to have a premium ticket. if you did 3 month you should of got 120 tickets or some sort of conversion.

I get the same message when I try to download stuff from Legalporno.com, but it works when I am on Sineplex.com. I have a 30 day reoccurring membership. Another question I have is about "Free Downloads" . I have not yet found any free downloads for full scenes. Even for older stuff, everything says premium and costs a ticket or more. Are there any scenes that are free? I was told by TimB in support there are but I have spent a long time scouring the site and could not find anything. TimB said they are going to add an option to allow you to search for free scenes but he has no idea when. If anyone could help me find free scenes that would be awesome. I am a bit dispointed with the 30 day reoccurring since I thought most scenes were going to be free and only newer stuff was going to be by ticket.

We are working on exposing these old (but still good) scenes correctly. And yeah I think they are free for members

So now a lot of the older scenes are popping up as free download and no longer premium. So it looks like they are fixing that problem. The question I have is how do I download them? I click on the download link, it adds it to my pornbox, but when I go to download it in my porn box it still tries asks to exchange a ticket to download it? Any idea whats going on?
