There are few controversial stuff I want to clarify.
I chose a model basing my judgment on her looking first and then I judge her again basing on her performance. Then I reconsider all previous consideration basing on the audience (sales). Then I talk with the models and I tell her what I think she can do, its up to her to take a decision if I think she has potential.
The point is not to take or do not take risk, the point is to create a balance between: looking, performance, audience and will of the model.

Clear example are the last new girls I published: Kandy Kors, Scarlet Queen
Not bad looking, pretty good performance but the audience is not really good. So, what should I do? Should I continue to shoot them even knowing the audience is not willing to buy the content?
Lets be realistic...
Anyway in this case I decide to venture and I will release more scene with Kandy only.

Also, just for be clear: I do not fire girl, most of girls are simply non able to understand the point and I am not really interest to have a topic longer then 5 minutes conversation. Giorgio, none of this is meant as criticism as you're undoubtedly the best, most consistent producer on Legal Porno but the reasons why Scarlet Queen and Kandy Kors aren't selling that well is because they're not very well known pornstars and thus don't have a committed audience yet. They need promotion but they're both good performers with potential. More promotion and harder scenes would undoubtedly yield top selling scenes for you. It's all down to whether you can bothered making that effort with all your other business concerns.

The top selling Aidra Fox, Veronica Avluv, Anna De Ville, Charlotte Sartre, Belle Claire, Angel Smalls, Ria Sun etc are all well-established pornstars who've starred in content for other large, well known porn companies and distributors like Evil Angel, Jules Jordan, Brazzers, Burning Angel, Kink, HardX etc and/or many other scenes for Legal Porno. Porn fans worldwide know who they are, there's a loyal following and they want to see what extreme sex acts they'll do on Legal Porno but that won't last forever. They'll get bored soon enough.
