Resizing avatars

Hey guys, ive got my gf tits as an avatar however when i resized them, the oicture comes out blurry :(

Any ideas to make the pictures hold its quality ?

you have to resize from big to small and not small to big, else it will always look blurry

I do mate, but still comes out blurry as you can see :(

Tits look ok to me, of course the text this small won't be ever sharp enough to read. You can try adding the text onto scaled image.
It also depends what kind of software you are using to manipulate those images. If it has some kind of filters as well, it's a good idea to
use Sharpen (best is "Unsharpen Mask") filter after the resizing to bring up a lil bit of its crispiness after scaling down (or even up)
You can try different settings or even apply it more times with pretty low (minimal) settings.
