LP Influence on XXX - DAP Style!

Only a handful of years ago, I commented on another xxx forum board how no U.S. pornstars had the balls to do an LP scene.

An industry person rebutted, discounting LP as "circus porn." I stopped visiting that weak-ass board soon after.

But it sure didn't take long for the bait to be taken and the tits and ass to start making their way to Prague to get DAP'd and more.

To the point at hand:

Recent U.S. features by top-drawer starlets like Riley Reid and Lana Rhoades getting DAP'd show that, circus porn or not, porn makers in the U.S. can't deny or ignore the popularity of the genre.

I might be wrong, but I see the aforementioned DAP scenes (the photo below is Riley's 3rd DAP) as two-fold realities:

• They are a nod to LP -- an acknowledgment of the popularity and marketability of DAP, and an admittance that LP paved the way
• They represent business pre-emptive strikes. An economic investment in employing the starlets to do this before they go to LP to do it. Or, at a minimum, being the first in line to have them do a DAP scene with big-market distribution ability.

At any rate, it's clear: THE DAP CIRCUS IS IN TOWN, and it's here to stay! Thank you, LP pervs, for helping make the future of porn a good future happen now!

DAP had become somewhat prevalent around the turn of the century, up until the Great Recession and the advent of BitTorrent. Both of those things devastated the market

Great initial post, and second post! I've been following internet porn since 2004, and it's true, LP revived DAP and other extreme anal after the recession. yeah, US porn was a factory for Dap from 2000 to 2007 but it died out. They did very little for years.

With the popularity of LP, many US based performers have started to add DAP back to their list and the frequency of DAP in the US has gone up significantly here in 2017 . Riley Read doing double anals? Never would have conceived of that 18 months ago!

FYI -- Riley's new DAP scene from julesjordandotcom was released early this morning 09/09/2017. Basic truth is porn is a biz and will produce what fans pay for, especially in this pirate times.
Studios have to create loyality with something special and demanding DAP has proofed to bear the best market potenial. This is what LP showed to the LA big head braggers!

Now behind all that is the constant work of a few visionaries - users, scouts, directors - for years and years!
Within now LP I just wanna mention Giorgio Grandi who was the first start shooting dotzens of DAP scenes in Russia to later launch his nr4ta webproject long before LP kicked off in Prague. Him joing forces with LP in 2012 is the crucial point in the victory of DAP.
Also there was a constant low level flame keeping DAP alive in Europa (Rocco, Omar Galanti etc., Italian porn school basically, but also the German doppelanal site), also a really small US flame was kept by Hard X mainly.

Now for me LP 2016/17 is a state I dreamt of in the DAP peak of Kelly Wells and Sandra Romain in 2005/6.
This said we still dont have LP girls with 30 to >60 DAP credits like the girls mentioned.
Needless to say I'd like more and better DAPs yet!
But basically its almost paradise already.

For a while there I was fearful that the DP and especially the DAP were a thing of the past. A past as you mention, was filled with starlets like Sandra Romain and Jayna Oso who opened their anal cavities for some of the most incredible DAPs I had seen up to that time. Anabolic and Diabolic were two studios who led the way back in the early 2000s. It didn't matter what the theme was, anal, teen, cumshot, asian, ATM, milf, there was always a hefty dose of DP and a smattering of DAP. As the decade wore on, DAP was firmly taking hold and I looked fondly on 2003-2005 as the Golden Age. Then, for some unknown reason, it almost completely stopped. I had to hunt tirelessly to find even a mere trickle until I found No Rest For The Ass, which was a precursor to LP.
