Therefore I wouldnt call it addiction, although for sure it is, but in the way of takeing a daily shower or making coffee or tea each day. For me it is just a basic daily necessity, daily commodity.
This said two years are important for my consumer attitude:

This created new spendings, but it never outplayed simple porn spendings, simple video buying. Around 2000 I had a short piracy episode, since 2014 I pay for 99,9% of my porn.
