Missing scenes

Hello,

I've bought many scenes from different studios.
I discover that, from time to time, scenes are missing.
The last studio with this issue is NRX studio.
I prefer the "DRY" versions to the "WET" (piss) versions, so I've always bought the dry versions when 2 versions are available.
I've just noticed that 24 DRY scenes I had bought have now disappeared.
Here are these scenes, in WET versions and if you choose the DRY version below the video, you'll get en error message "Page not found" :

I swear to God, that I used to have much more scenes than I have now in my Library.

The only issue is that I have probably accrued well over 12,500 purchased scenes that I have lost track.

Try raising it on the support forum, but the ultimate lesson is to always download any scenes you buy - it's the only guarantee you have that they won't magically vanish from your account at some point (and let's be realistic - at some point - could be months, could be years - we'll all wake up, go to log on and find the entire site has ceased trading and vanished).
