I think the issue is, it may seem disrespectful to the nation that does not win...it could be reframed as just X girl vs Y girl instead of nation vs nation...

Yea Mina would be awesome! Her together with Vitoria Beatriz in a P-Olympics would be great! Imagine both girls puking as much as they can and then recycle each others puke Mina is looking so innocent and cute but she is as nasty as it can get, would be a good competition.
