Last year (October 2023 I think) I purchased a video from model 83348 (Jewelz Blu) and I think the video number was 99951
The video is no longer in my library purchases. Will it be restored or can I receive a refund?
At one point there were 2 separate model pages for Jewelz and it looks like either 1 was either removed or they were merged (currently the model number 124138)
