hi how does the ticket renewal works? i have 3 months membership, started on november 13th but my tickets are not renewed, where is the problem.
And also when i want to buy video from Interracial Vision studio quite a lot of times i will get error message "Cannot find requested content" which is strange, because trailer is available

You get the tickets every 30 days. You were right, that you should get them on the 15th of December, but the timestamp was 23:53 actually.

Hi, thanks the tickets were added to my account. Regarding the scenes it is mostly Interracial vision studio, for example scene IV043 with Cristina Tess, i can watch trailer, but i cannot purchase the scene and also scene is missing in model card
