Can't download anything.

Is it just me? I can't download anything just gets an error message. I tried logging out, clearing my cookies and logging back in. Still can't download.

Some are now working but not all. It's not even linked to a Studio as some from the same studio are OK but others aren't (My library is over 3,000 so I did a random sample!)

I have tried about 10. I got one to work, canceled the download and tried the same video again and got the error message. I think there are gremlins in the PornBox Server.

Same here, one that was working now isn't and vice versa

Hi Kapwn - is this a known issue that's being investigated?

So mine seem to be working now. What has changed for me is that today my subscription for a site which had limited video downloads expired. So all the scenes in my library are ones i've bought, not on a subscription. So maybe that was causing an issue.

Mine's still broken, I can't even stream purchased videos let alone download them. Seems like I'm getting 404s from gif.gtflixtv.com where the browser tries to get the .mp4 file from.

As of today, none of the library vids can be streamed or downloaded. No error msg displayed, no connection timeouts or similar, it just won't load forever.

IIRC it still worked perfectly fine about 2 days ago - at least for me.

Unfortunately I cannot edit my last post, but I'd like to add that video previews (those trails with 30sec to 2min depending on the studio) work just fine. Still no full vids though.

It is working for me now. I was only trying to download purchased scenes from my porn box. I hope they sort it for you all.

Same here. Even old videos in my library won't open. I keep getting "Session Expired" and it kicks me out. And I just purchased a subscription to a producer and I can't load or even watch any videos.

This is exactly what I was experiencing but it appears to be fixed for me now. Streams and downloads of purchased content are working as normal.

the issue is now fixed I believe. There was a hardware issue.
Sorry for the late reply... a guy takes a vacation and the servers blow up... classic.
