Website broken

You website is broken as of today, now I'm getting this error at the top of the main page with no content displayed, it doesn't even matter if I manually reselect the studios I would like to see updates from in the menu:

Look for these icons to like/follow (it's free). A good place to start is the studios index"

I think there are a variety of problems going on right now, and they seem to be affecting different users differently.

I am currently logged out against my will, and none of the password reset procedures are working. Yet somehow I'm still logged into the forums, using the same password Pornbox claims is incorrect.

I've read other uses saying they can see videos, but not download them.

And the problem you're describing happened to me about a month ago, and then fixed itself.

I also recall a day or two within the last month, where the site was unreachable, but then fixed itself.

Yep, doesn't show me any videos in the store under "New Scenes", "Top Sellers", "Custom".

I think there are a variety of problems going on right now, and they seem to be affecting different users differently.

They definitely need to invest in a new and capable IT team!
But basically it seems they have 1 worker at IT support, and thats Kapwn, who does a great job! But they'd need 9 more of his dedication!
Unfortunately it seems Pornbox owners dont understand they still need to invest into IT now they already have abandoned porn production!

And also besides that error on the homepage, I cannot post any larger reactions, with gifs and pictures, on the forum anymore since a week, when I try to upload, I get the message that the forum is 'under construction'

I purchased monthly membership to “LATIN TEENS PRODUCTIONS” for £19 including VAT yesterday, but found that the videos are only 18Mbps video quality and is totally unacceptable. Very poor quality compression.

I assumed you would have the same quality as your other main sites which I purchase and these are 30Mbps to 32Mbps:
PORNWORLD = 30Mbps video quality.
GIORGIA GRANDI = 30 to 32.22Mbps video quality.
GONZO = 30 to 32.22Mbps video quality.
ERIKA KORTI = 30 to 32.22Mbps video quality.
NRX STUDIO = 30 to 32.22Mbps video quality.
ANGELO GODSHACK = 30 to 32.22Mbps video quality.



This low quality 18Mbps looks bad on my 65inch TV.

I am not happy.

Please just cancel my LATIN TEENS subscription and refund as this is really bad.
I can easily purchase for £15 or less other subscriptions at this low quality with unlimited downloads. The reason I come here and pay premium is because you have good videos quality at 30Mbps. Please check any video in the first 4 pages under membership and you will see the low bit rate and hence small file size.


Also I was going to purchase VIRA GOLD monthly membership. What is the Mbps video bit rate please?
