Can't log in or change password

Somehow I got randomly logged out last night, for the first time in 10 years, and my password stopped working.

I have been unable to change my password, because the email with the link never arrives.

I have tried to send a support message through the form, and it won't send because of a "gateway error".

I can't be the only person unable to access the site, right?
