refund request

Dear support,
I have messaged you via the chat function but no response yet. for my latest membership purchase i would like a refund , the advertised scenes within the buy window were not accessible, and another 1.3k Eur were request for full access. this is not visible before purchasing this small membership. I do not want to dispute the CC charge , but want to first try doing it via support and a written request. As soon as i noticed this issue , i did not use the account anymore and will not use it until the refund is done. Thank you for your help
