If an 18-year-old girl agrees to do her first DAP in her first porn scene, I wouldn't have to have compassion or special care for her. They get paid to do that. If I hired her for a hardcore scene with DAP, it's obvious that the scene is going to be about hard sex. It's known beforehand, she knows what she came for.
