unable to access analvids membership/redirecting to pornbox

I purchased a 1 month membership and have not been able to access it.

Every time I sign in I keep getting redirected to pornbox, where I have purhased videos.


The times I have been able to log into analvids, I get "internal error" when attempting to view a video.

If I can't get a response(I've already submitted this to customer service, but no response as of yet), I'll need to dispute the transaction with my bank.
