No, if you take estrogen and/or testosterone blockers your body becomes female for all relevant intents and purposes and the breasts aren't "fake" at all, they're literally grown by your own body which is perfectly capable of processing both estrogen and testosterone, what the fuck are you on about lol.

Btw, I have gender dysphoria myself and am gonna transition very soon, luckily will still be able to pass fairly well due to having an androgynous face (despite already being 30 and a smoker) funnily this whole gooning thing really helped me repress all of that shit for a while lol, but no hate just personally have to call it quits.
