What is going on?
Why are so many scenes being automatically removed?
What is worse is that they are removed after being previously being paid for, customers are not notified, nor do they get an automatic refund.

You cannot take something back, once it has been paid for....

I see is an general issue for more users..In my case i "guess" are like 6 scenes deleted, reading the other users looks more serious... I'll hope the support check this soon as possible.

Petr. I too have noticed that scenes that I've previously purchased have gone missing from my library. Specifically I had previously purchased at least 2 Gonzo scenes with Gina Snow that have not only gone missing form my library of purchased scenes, but aren't even available in the store anymore. I am sure that there are probably others as well. What is going on?

The scenes will be back, they need to be reviewed for one reason or the other.

This system is not the best, so we are working on a tweak.

Please do. I hope a solution can be found fairly soon. As customers who have previously purchased a scene legitimately, only for it to have been deleted from their accounts. Or worse for it to be removed, and then not instantly reinstated when the scene comes back on...will drive the majority of remaining customers away. With the bad PR/press, you will also find it difficult to gain new members. Good luck.

My personal status: I recovered like 10 scenes more, honestly "i think" i don't have any deleted scene more, the total number of scenes looks correct.

I estimate that over 300 scenes were deleted from my Pornbox account in August, most of them from studios owned by Gio Grandi: GIO... and Gonzo (SZ...) and Lab (GL...) and Wonder Toys (TWT...)
