The picture and the sound for Natasha Teen’s scenes has always been a let down. The models and anal are on point. The studs and camera angles have improved but the picture quality and sound are terrible and the picture below shows the reason why. She needs to invest in a camera Like GIO.

Something is really off with the sound for sure, everything is muffled as hell. Not sure on the camera, quality is good but the 'cinematography' leaves something to be desired (angles etc)

I highly doubt this is a professional camera.
Good camera work requires training and experience. Also in the porn business.
I doubt that lady has this training and experience as a camerawoman.

It's a shame, because I think Natasha and Lancelot are otherwise doing a pretty decent job. When I watch a scene, I have to wear headphones so the groans don't wake up the neighbours, but an hour of weird muffled sound (sometimes only in one ear), is super distracting.

That’s why it’s so frustrating. She has really improved in all areas of production since studio inception but camera & sound are a massive problem.

Natasha you’re doing great work but please invest in proper equipment.

The action and the girls are usually awesome at NTP but the video and sound quality has always been a problem for them for as long as the studio has existed. This kind of explains everything now, absolutely wild that a "pro" porn studio is shooting their scenes with an iphone, what are they doing??

I wonder if the woman in the glass mirror is Natasha Teen herself. She is a porn actress and porn producer, but certainly not a competent camerawoman. Unfortunately - at least for me - the reflection is not clearly recognizable.

I had totally assumed it was her but now you point it out I can’t be sure. It looks like her a lot but the breasts in that picture look a little small for Natasha.

It is supposed to be constructive. I think Natasha is doing a great Job overall. The studio has improved a lot recently too.
The biggest weakness currently for the studio is picture and sound. If Natasha can fix those issues (and that can be solved with a professional camera) it will be one of the best studios.

The camera work and studs have improved greatly over the last year, so that’s something!

Was hoping a delay in production might be because they were upgrading their equipment, but I'm not sure if that was the case. A new scene from Lancelot today anyway, so hopefully Natasha Teen studios hasn't ceased production all together?

Dou you know how much gear that GIO is using costs? It's not only the camera. There's a quality mic, lighting too.

Of course NT will use phone to shoot the content. Of course that she will shoot it herself. Why? It's simple, it's cheaper. She doesn't have to buy expensive camera, mic, lighting and other gear. She doesn't have to pay cameraman who is a pro, to same the money.

My gear is cheaper than the one GIO uses on his shooting, but it is still expensive and high class one, it is a pro gear.

Yes, the knowledge how to shoot porn or anything else for that matter is important. But, every studio/individual has a choice how it will shoot the content. It seems that many guys here don't like video and especially audio quality. Well, since she is using phone without external mic and with small cheap light on a cheap phone cage, you can't expect much more.

That is because audio is recorded with phone's mic. That's not a pro gear.

Those new scenes were shot some time ago.
Today's was shot when Ed and Vinny worked in Medellin a few months back.
Therefore so far we dont know whether they invested in better gear since.

i don't have a problem with the image quality of NatashaTeenFilms, so either i'm an outlier here, or there are others who share my view but don't feel particularly motivated to comment in this thread because they see it as intended for those purely who have criticisms

from my perspective anyway, i consider NTF/Lancelot 4K/FHD releases to be (generally) very crisp and clean (see any of the screenshots i've posted in various model threads for my favourites) and without faults. i like making screenshots from films to isolate favourite moments, and every time i do so i get a clean image

in contrast when i do the same thing Yummy's shoots, i find them to have a kind of a haze that lacks detail when enlarged
why that is i don't know. it could be that the lighting is either too bright or weak, so the cameras sensors are being pushed to attribute values to overlit/underlit areas, and not getting sufficient data they need to render contrast effectively. but this haze is often there

yes, you can argue that Giorgio gets it right 100% of the time, but (as someone else has already commented) he has professional studio cameras, lighting rigs, post-production set up, and thirty years of trial and error in which to refine his art
NTF by contrast is still a baby. Growing ever stronger and more confident in what it is and what it is trying to achieve each day, but still a (beautiful) baby

but ultimately - because Natasha's approach to direction and her ideas about what makes great xxx totally align with what i love to see, because the NTF girls are so consitently stunning, and because the production quality is easily 'good enough' to pass (if not always 100%) - i'm more than happy to make allowances for NTF's occasional stumbles in the realm of lighting, framing, image quality (all of which will come with more practice and experience)

by way of a metaphor to sum up what i mean by that, consider 'sister ray' by the Velvet Underground (everyone should listen to 'sister ray' all the way through - and loud - at least once in their life, because it's seminal art)

are the instruments in tune and is it played in key? not really, and a lot of the time not at all
does it keep strict tempo, timings perfect throughout? not really , and a lot of the time not at all
and so on, you can go through every single technical detal of that recording and on purely techincal terms it's a *total failure* by any traditional industry measure

but does it *work as a whole* on and within its own terms? in my view (and that of many others, including many the greatest musicians and producers of our age) yes, and profoundly so. so much so that it's become a monument and touchstone reference within the industry that heralded the advent of an entire new way of thinking and approaching music making that began on the day of its creation (technical 'flaws' notwithstanding)

so what i'm saying is that sometimes things make most sense if you draw back and consider the whole thing as the whole thing (faults and all), and not get caught up too much in agonising over the inherent techincal qualities of any of its many constituent parts

and imo Natasha is an artist who has that 'whole thing' right on those 'whole thing' terms

btw, i think the assumption some here are making about Natasha being reliant on a single handheld camera is wrong, and i would not be surprised to hear that she has two or even three on set at any time

one on a tripod at sofa/bed level (100cms-150cms) for horizontal fixed frame shots.
another on a tripod (150cm-200cm) looking down on the performers from above (eg when they are on their backs). a handheld could cover this angle, but since we don't see much camera movement in these shots it suggests me me that it's a fixed angle shot
and a third handheld (as we see) with maximum mobilty to capture detail from awkward angles the fixed cameras can't easily reach
with the final product being a selective mixdown edit from those two/three angles

my impression anyway
