Instructions to Cancel Recurring Ticket Membership Not Work

I have checked on this forum about how to cancel a recurring ticket subscription, and the instructions say to click on the "Membership Date" after clicking on my name on the Pornbox main page. No membership date comes up, and it prompts me to join, but my cc was just charged for another month, so it seems like I still have some membership, but I'm not given credit for any more tickets. I would like a credit for the most recent charge, or at least cancel future charges and get ticket credits for what I paid for

What about the 9/4 charge without getting any ticket credit? Please either delete the 9/4 charge or tell me how to get ticket credits for what I charged. Thank you
