Chat does not load

Chat does not load

Chat tool refuses to load. I have tried Firefox, Mirosoft Edge, Google Chrome and Opera without any success. Attached is a screenshot of the error.

Hi,
I have sent your problem to our tech department, they will take a look and try to fix it.
The chat works for me, but when I try from your account it truly does not load.

Our technician told me that he has found the issue and will try to fix the problem in the near future for you.
