For SUPPORT, how do I change my username? Ie. make it easier to change, include this answer in your faq, and in the search results. Thank you!

MAMBO PERV - MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION ISSUE.

Please refund this subscription and end my membership as the vidoes are only 15Mbps bit rate quality.

Much lower then the 30Mbps on other studios.

I watch on 65inch screen so this poor quality looks bad and do not want to spend this money on low quality.

I just purchased the following videos using tickets, but as you can see they are low quality under 16Mbps video Bit Rate.
I cannot watch such low Bit Rate and only purchase 30Mbps like your Major studios have such as. - Pornworld, GONZO.


Please return the tickets for these 4 videos and so I can buy better quality videos.

Hello. I bought "3on1 Nikky Dream anal slut FM011" just now due to its solo scene.
But it contains a noisy background music, and I really want to get this video without the music.
So I tried to connect the support page but it does not work. There is only the white page.
What can I do to solve this problem?
The main issues are

1. Please let me know how to use the support chat. It shows only the white page.

2. Regarding the video "3on1 Nikky Dream anal slut FM011", I really want to get the video without the background music in the solo scene, and I think you have an original data (RAW) of this.
Could you please upload the video without the music?
If you could not, where can I ask someone for this?

It won't let create a topic about performers in Porn World studio and others as it's says it's under maintenance whenever i try to do so, but let's me create any other topic and posts but performer related.

Please fix this error I kindly ask.

Hey can you please bring back scene view instead of studio view only? I used to be able to see all new scenes on 1 page now but I have to pick every studio individually and press New Scenes to check if there is anything new. This new change is so dumb :mad:

Also, I don't see a link to the forum on my Pornbox page, though I was able to just google the forum and find it that way, so that's less of an issue.

Hey Kapwn,

I messaged support@pornbox.com to get my accounts merged, and got a response of having my accounts successfully merged after providing the requested confirmation info. This was about 6 days ago now, and after the message about the merged accounts it was marked as "resolved", even though I dont have ANY of my library or tickets (I had an ACTIVE membership on my account I lost access to and wanted merged). So I responded with this info and it said the ticket was "open" again even though I never got any further response. Thanks for any assistance.

Why is no more PayPal as a support as a payment. I don't want to use my credit as a payment. Great thing about PayPal is the anonymous.Are you thinking about bringing back PayPal as a payment method?

Tried to log on, new log on parameters set, I had to use my google account to log on. Now I have a second account. Second account used my original email (I believe.) Can I merge this one with my original? Original was created in 2014, and cannot access my videos (5K videos) until I can access my original account.

Yesterday I started a new thread, but a message on the screen said it needed staff approval before it could go public. I cannot see it anyway, so I assume it has not been approved. may I ask why? and how can I get help anyway?

You need to make a few posts, which need to be approved by administrator, before you can automatically post without manual approval.

Where was the thread made? Which forum?

Here in Support. It was about some old Sineplex scenes that I would like to acquire, but they are mislabelled and it is quite confusing what exactly is what. So I would asked for a bit of a fix.

Do I really need to increase my post count? I'm not in the mood for spamming rn...
