Pronossstat: doubt about quotas by region

I would like to know what the criteria to define how many girls each regional category can send to the tops. For example: the English category sent 5 to the top 50 while East EU only sent 1 to there.

First: why did you create a new topic for this, lol? You could just ask this question in on of the tournament topics.
Second: look at the right column "Result". Here you can see blue "top-50 play-off" for the "East Europe". Now this "Top-50 play off" round has just started, where these 4 girls join 3 girls from Russia group and 3 other Russian girls who took 31-35 places in previous WC = 10 girls. Best three will also go to the top-50 round.
So this two pictures are just not from the same round. There are to many decent Russian performers, so I had to make another play-off round.

The main idea is to make 5 groups with top 10 girls from each region: Czech, Russian or Post-Soviet (plus Ukraine and Latvia f.e.), English (USA, Canada, UK), Latin and rest Europe (mostly Italy, German countries, France etc). As you can see, there is no "East Europe" group, but we can refer both "Post-Soviet" and "Czech" groups to this region, so in some way it is the biggest region. And we have only a few performers from other East European countries (like Lara De Santis from Romania, Vicky Sol from Greece, none active from Hungary at all) so there is no need to raise quotas.

And the last but not least: this is the continue of previous tournament last year. Here you can read about it, also about quotas which were based on "base rating", description of this rating is also there.

I hadn't paid attention to the fact that the pools I selected didn't have the same theme.

I think it's an interesting initiative. It encourages us to be more critical and rationally value the work of LP/AV girls who are true artists. I would only be able to fully understand the mathematics if I could follow it in real time, with the statistical simulator which I believe Pronossstat has developed.
