Let me try to describe the problem I perceive.

In the past (4-10 years ago) it tended to be that different studios had a very original style. They had a focus on certain aspects, a particular camera direction, few fetishes. The demands on the actresses were lower.

You can now say: this is the market, every studio wants maximum profit, the customer is king and you have to satisfy their demand, blah blah blah.

But the problem I have described remains. It will not be solved. And there can't always be more and more and more. At some point it will end. There will be a crisis. Just like in the economy. Then something new comes along. And it starts all over again. And I think we almost reached this point.

I think I get what you mean though - manhandle scenes where it's appropriate but manhandle left out of scenes where it doesn't seem in line with the girl's performance. The recent Gonzo scenes with Nemesi and Emejota are good cases in point. The Nemesi scene had a bit of a manhandle vibe, whereas the Emejota one didn't.
