Price adjustments on older scenes

A topic I've been thinking about for some time:

Is it fair to you that scenes which are already dated (for example, more than a year old) cost the same amount as another recently released that has the same characteristics - tags, positions, number of cocks, similar duration? I beg your pardon: this does not seem to me to be justifiable. If the price of each scene were reduced in proportion to its release time, the studios could have greater sales traffic (just my opinion).

Would this be viable? AV/Pornbox would need an algorithm or good Artificial Intelligence for this.

No, doubt it would be viable in the near future...sounds like too much work for them...

I believe remember that, in the past, at least 5 years ago??? that this used to happen, that old scenes turned a little bit more cheap with the pass of the time, something that was stopped in 2017/18?

I thought similar than you, that would be cool for us if scenes released, at least, 3y ago or more decresed their price but doesn't look gonna happen so..

I think 3 years is a long time to wait. Maybe, for scenes after 4 months of their release, a price reduction could be applied proportionally to the time they have been on the website.

Example: a wet Jolee 7on1 on the release date costs 12.3 tkt, after about 4 months, it could cost 10 tkt; after 1 year, 8 tkt...

Sales strategy. Naturally, for the same price, someone will buy newer scenes, not older ones. However, with that economic incentive, the scenario could be different.

Agree with OP. The value is in the release date. I remember XXX saying something years ago about the value of unrealased scenes dropped dramatically over time.

Ironically, some of the zombie studios have been re-releasing older scenes at an increased price. You wouldn't think it would work, but I guess they only need to catch a few suckers.
