I believe it to be marketing.

Both of you clearly don't use insta When you post a "highlight" (= saved stories/live) you can give it any title that you want. That title (and not your username/profile/avatar) you'll then see at the top when you watch all the stories of a highlight. Vitoria named that highlight "negro top delic" and posted that on her profile. Those are the screenshots you see here.

There is no third person filming, she was holding her cellphone in her left hand and secretly recorded the abuse. That's why you see her feet, toes and legs flying through the video whilst trying to hold on to her phone and pointing it on him the best she could while getting punched simultanously. Big nose was too stupid/drunk/stoned in his rage to even notice it because he was clearly too busy choking her. He also mostly had his back towards the girl's left arm that was holding the phone, and he didn't even figure she could be recording him and thus gather proof to get him behind bars. BTW, one should consider downloading one of those camera apps that leaves the screen black while recording. You'll turn on recording with the click of one button (e.g. volume up/down). Good to have for women who are in violent relationships like her.
