Which credentials are the most important for a newbie?

Right, it's my first poll in a while but one which I feel is useful in light of a number of recent topics regards new talent and weekly performers etc.

So, which of the following credentials do you think is the most important for any new (or even existing) performers to have in order to become the next starlets.

I think there has to be some untapped potential in a girl's psyche to be able to enjoy acting slutty sometimes. Doesn't make her any less of a lady the rest of time.

I went for 2,3,5 and 6.

A pretty face twinned with a niceish body is more attractive to me than a world class figure combined with a not so pretty face. Soft, pretty faces are my preference.

A warm, open, fun an positive personality really drives a scene for me and makes it feel more human and thus more sexy. Probably why I loved the likes of Timea and Ariadna so much. It's not absolutely essential as I do love some of the quiter less overt personalities but the former is my pref.

Slut factor is damn essential for me, all of my all time fave performers are the ones who embrace their inner slut to the full and let loose in such a liberated and perverted way. I also don't think it's something that's inbuilt as often it needs enticing, ask any woman as with the right guy or gal, anything is possible My use of this word in this context is purely complimentary btw, just to clarify! When the camera is rolling I want to see that feminine side come to the fore, the man-eater and the harlot, I don't want to see the prude or the prima Donna. It takes a special kind of performer to fulfill that role but thankfully we are blessed with plenty on LP, hence why they're the best in the world xx

And that's true, you can still be slutty and very promiscuous but still be feminine, sweet and classy. Only societal stigma suggests otherwise. Most of it is aligned to an individuals sex drive, let's be honest. Mine is extremely high hence why I use porn a lot but I was formerly very promiscuous but I like to think I still had class and dignity in that period of my life.

It's hard to choose only one option. I think it's connection between pretty face, great body and good skills. Pretty face is not enough when skills are poor and vice versa good skills are not enough if actress isn't in my type of beauty. However if we accept that skills always can be improved and prettiness not - from the poll I will choose pretty face .

Finally more helpful polls to LP and customers just wondering what others customers think! @Laura I needed one more vote to make me feel good about my choices Anyway because of this I had to eliminate a big one but IMO most porn models aren't ugly so I convinced myself that this one was baked in as standard to LP management So I chose 1,3,4 and 6.

I doubt if LP will be waiting 20 scenes for increase of model skills :/. More possible is that girl will be kicked off after 2-3 weak scenes with low sales :/. Don't get me wrong my personal opinion is exactly the same as yours, but reality looks different.

I can think of at least 10 women that appeared on Legalporno for the first time THIS year, SPECIFICALLY at Gonzo, check ALL the boxes on this pool, and inexplicable somehow, only have 2 or so scenes...

My point about only needing a pretty face and nice body was, that at this point, with no Gonzo STAR that we know of, we can't get picky.

Not sure if it's part of LP's model but I think they should be offering multiple scene contracts to the right performers. It's a win for all concerned imho. It offers a solid guaranteed salary and enables development. I am not referring to a contract which prohibits the girls from working with other producers (except you know who ) but one that works as a commitment from both sides. It made Timea the legend that she is today and would enhance the right performers brand

From past blogs etc it seems that's how Giorgio & Tarra say they try to work, but it's more of an expectation than a contractual commitment.

I'm unclear exactly who a 20-scene contract could be with? LP, the affiliated producer, TWM?

And wouldn't the girl then have less control over her career and what scenes she performed, for which directors, and for what exact fees for each scene depending on levels, etc. as her career develops.

Seems like a minefield to me TBH.

I'm thinking maybe the girls should be independent, and a good agency would nurture and represent them and hope/expect the girl reciprocates.

But what do I know?
