yea i think trans get so much hate in big part because a very big percentage of society considers them fake

crossdressers dont deny they are boys, they are fully natural (no hormones, testosterone blockers with secondary effects, surgeries etc)
if trans women would be crossdressers they would be much more accepted

we alter what we are born with all the time. A disease, and physical affliction, etc we do things to fix it up. Gender Dysphoria is real and why should people be denied this issue over what amounts to religious dogma and nothing more? I don't understand the refusal of people to accept that it happens in a small percentage of the population and with hormones and surgeries we can at least allow these people to present themselves to the world in the way they want to be in order to feel whole.

Before you say "but the children". I do not advocate for any medical treatment for children. Gender Dysphoria is highly complex and it often take years to sort it out and make sure this is the correct diagnosis. An over zealous parent or teacher with a highly suggestible child can lead to a lot of people changing genders without actually being dysphoric. So , I am all for some sort of age limit for procedures.

But man, we have a bazillion volumes of study in the medical community spanning decades. It is very clear and real that a person's gender can sometimes be different than their biological sex. If centuries of religious programming were not in the way this would be a regular part of health care not some culture war bullshit.
