There is really no need to drink so much water (5L+).
If you didn't eat anything 4 hours before action, your urine will be completely clean after you empty your first full bladder.

A healthy human bladder can hold between 400 to 500 milliliters of urine. People already feel the need to urinate when their bladder has between 250 and 350 milliliters of urine in it. The maximum capacity of male bladder is about 700 milliliters.
So, if you drink enormous amounts of water (more than 2L) in a short time interval, you will not only have a problem with the bladder, but also with the kidneys, since they will not be able to filter out such a large amount of water in such a short time.

That is the reason why I proposed 1L of water for cleaning purposes and 1.5L of water for piss games.
