I think they are going through some rough times right now, but that's just how businesses in general are.

There's mixing up two things here.
But anyway, yes, for me it will always stay LP.
The name change certainly had some legal reasons. It just needed to be done. And at the moment LP is still transferred to AV and I count that will stay so for a long time.

Now this is a pandemic linked thing basically.
Before Covid Russian (and Ukraininan, Belorussian etc.) girls would get scouted and flown in mainly to GIO for a fast DAPbreakin' and later ideally BBC gangbang during her same stay.
