Big fake tits I'm down with - some girls look fine with the natural smaller look, but in general I'm in the 'bigger the better' crowd.
I don't really get the attraction with butt implants though. Maybe it's my age - I grew up in the era of crazy giant silicon tits, wheras giant butts didn't seem to become a thing until the whole twerking craze a few years back. 1 1/2 years later I'd write the same again. And I am really a 100% natural fan. I'd also say not generalize and say all saggy tits need to be fixed with silicon, but some definitely do. In my book at least.
Core example for me still is Bibi Fox. When finally she did it she sadly had a very bad boobjob done. But if she had done it easier when she still earned more with porn anyway and in the right place, with a good surgeon it would have benefitted her looks for sure. In doubt for me is a girl like Chanel Lux, the SOS Mexico Russian. Here I think its good she declined option in the end. Basically its rare cases, but a clear saggy look like Bibi Fox needs implants.

Now to be clear: This is my view, in the end its the girl and ONLY HER to decide.
Maybe girl wouldn't need it in my book, but they did it and it makes them feel better, more confident. This shows also in their scenes ofc. The ironic thing about boob jobs is that invariably they look best and most natural when the woman already has nicely shaped, decently sized boobs - that is, when the woman doesn't actually need a boob job!
