What does 'middle version' mean?

Hi All

I've noticed a few studios using the phrase 'middle version'. What does this mean??!! Is it some translation issue? I get that many vids have alternate non-wet versions or are Part 1/2/3 etc but these are clear. The 'middle version' then doesn't have any other linked part. Some of them look good but I'm not spending my money until I know I'm getting the 'best version'!!

The middle of something is the part of it that is furthest from its edges, ends, or outside surface.

who knows what they mean to say, can it be a 3 parts scene, I doubt it.
can it be a scene that has no beginning or end? most likely.
maybe there are three versions of the same scene, URINE if it is in Russia, those fucking Russian doctors, DP, and a DAP, If it is something similar to this, then they have found the holy grail.
