The law states that a 15-year-old girl is a MINOR. That was what Black Magic went to prison for SEX WITH A MINOR.

Yet Pierre suggests that because this 15-year-old minor looked 22 (he's very specific about that - not 20, not 25, but 22?) It's ok to have sex with her whether she is a minor or not.
So the law is ok just as long as the girl looks like a girl and not a young woman? So does that mean if she was 14 almost 15, but looked 16 you'd be ok with that too?
